If the photographer knows that one of my complaints is getting a full DVD as HER order form states is the product then why not just fix it instead of emailing me and not sending the proper disk??? Cat Melnyk studio still has not sent the disk that I should have received nor a release to print the pictures. As far as the out on holiday excuse, it said she would return Sunday, I sent a second message after that Sunday and still didn't get a reply. Just beware and don't pay her up front, if your not happy she does not back her own work. She could have rectified the problem with the proper DVD I paid for and a refund for the crappy pictures. I have never posted a complaint about a seller of any kind which could hurt their lively-hood, but this lady just won't admit she didn't get good photographs of my daughter. I would be glad to post the pictures, but I have made it very known on my complaints that she didn't provide the release to use the pictures and I would be afraid of legal retribution (please note it was part of the order to receive a release).

I did shoot a pageant on Dec. 10th, 2011. Because it was the holidays the DVD company and myself were backed up and packages took longer to get out than usual but still arrived within a month, which was 2 weeks earlier than the deadline.
One such participant that I sent a disc in Australia to at no extra charge wrote "They arrived today and are just beautiful." The complaint came from a customer displeased sadly with her package and when she wrote to my email and my automated email response came back stating that I was on holiday and what my return date would be she did not wait for any sort of response. When I did return I explained that the DVD company (not myself, I am a middle man on that disc and the money for that portion) would be happy to send out a full disc it was returned with more complaints and closed ears. I am sadden by an unhappy customer of course but I have had 5 stars across the board except this blemish and know that it will continue on a trend of high marks after this.
