LETS KEEP IT SHORT. EVERYTHING you read about this airline is TRUE. They cannot answer their phone, have this brutal UK automated BS attendent. "your call will be monitored would you like to take part in a survey press 1... please hold we are matching your call to one of our best agents.
Its enough to make you wanna take your phone and thow it through the window. Than again, what do you expect from a chinese airline. They probably have counterfeit planes and the pilots are probabably taxi drivers.
NEVER again. Stay clear of this airline. Who knows what their flight safety record is when these D-----bags cant even answer the F-----g phone. This is the 21st century. Total________________S.
Spend more get more. Its a tie for brutal service between american and Cathay...atlease American answers the phone and offers you free no obligation abuse.
