Cathi Ludwig used her position with HUD to get a house and HUD mortgage contract with the snap of her fingers. The house was for her son, who is National Guard full time employee. I thought that HUD housing is special, for people who are indigent or need help. What I want to know, is if you can investigate whether or not this HUD mortgage and plat including said rancher was legal to get from mother to son when neither qualified for HUD assistance. There were others in need, yet within weeks the home was "procured" for her son.

I want to know if it is Legal for HUD employees, Government employees, to be allowed to sign up their own families for HUD assistance and slip them into homes before the general public would have access to those homes or loans. And slip them to the top of the list.

Thanks!

The Government does invistigate these claims. Go to their website and report this as Fraud. Do not expect an immediate investigation but trust me as an employee of a government watchdog group they will get around to it. http://www.gao.gov/fraudnet/fraudnet.htm.
