Man. I'm not in your situation, but I do feel for you. I live in Auburn on Barber street, and all I see on this street are deadbeats. Auburn government is messed up. I have seen way too many children from this city being given to people who obviously cannot support them. My sister in law got divorced a year ago from her husband, dave penird, and he is supposed to be paying for child support. He doesn't, and yet the judges around here don't do anything about it. Auburn isn't like other places in the country. We have NO responsible government here.

I listened just fine, you just didn't read the response. You don't have a problem with the court, you have a problem with your ex wife. You deserve sympanty and your kids deserve a lot more, But you can't blame the court if you couldn't prove she had the ability to pay more. The amount of child support is based on income, expenses and amount of time spent with the kids. No income=no support. No proof=no case.

UH-HUH !!! apparently You listen as well as the judges !!!! I'm supporting 2 kids on my paycheck. That'd be like the 300.00 i paid a lawyer to represent us in court. FUGGGG, We got NOTHING but a Bunch of pity & a judge that said" she's sick" !!!!

This is not a problem with the court, it is a problem of proof. If someone claims to be disabled an unable to, it is the responsbility of the opposing party to find evidence to contradict the claim. If you claim that she as the ability to pay, then prove it to the court. Hire an investigator, subpoena her medical records, video tape her activities. Get proof and then go back to court.
