THIS COMPANY HAS TO BE FULL OF THE NASTIEST PEOPLE IMAGINABLE. THEY WERE RUDE, UNHELPFUL, DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL AND HATEFUL! I HAD A COLLECTION ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY THAT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION VIA MY APARTMENT COMPLEX'S CREDIT REPORT AND WAS TOLD THAT UNTIL I PAID THIS ACCOUNT OFF I COULD NOT RENT MY APARTMENT. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE COMPANY AND PAID THE BILL THAT MONDAY AFTER HAVING BEEN ASSURED THAT MY APARTMENT WOULD RECIVE RECIEPT OF THE PAYMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THEY REFUSED TO SEND A FAX, WHICH WAS OBVIOUSLY THE QUICKEST WAY TO VERIFY THAT PAYMENT HAD BEEN MADE AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD INSTEAD SEND THE RECIEPT OUT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AND THE RECIEPT WAS NOT SENT OUT FOR ANOTHER WHOLE DAY, WHICH WAS CRUCIAL TO THE DEMANDING TIME CONSTRAINTS WE HAD FOR THE APARTMENT. WHEN WE CALLED TO SEE IF THE NOW EMERGENCY SITUATION COULD BE HANDLED BY FAX THEY GOT EXTREMELY NASTY AND TOLD ME THAT THIS COULD ONLY BE HANDLED BY THEIR CLERICAL DEPARTMENT (ALTHOUGH IT HAD BEEN HANDLED BY THEM EARLIER) AND THAT THEY WERE CLOSED. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR THEY INFORMED ME THAT NOONE ABOVE THEM WOULD GET ON THE PHONE WITH ME TO HELP AND THAT IF I HAD PAID "IN 2002 WHEN THE BILL WAS ORIGINALLY SENT" THEN I WOULDN'T "HAVE THIS PROBLEM". THE PHONE CALL ENDED WHEN THE TELECOMMUNICATOR HUNG UP ON ME WHILE SCREAMING OBSENITIES AT ME. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THIS COMPANY IS RUDE AND UNCOOTH AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. THEY ARE DOING ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS, NOT TO MENTION, BELL SOUTH, A SERIOUS DISSERVICE.
