cbcs billed for service which I've never had Columbus, Ohio
i purchased a laptop computer which was brought back to the store within the time limit for full refund.I am still being billed for services.

Hello! CBCS is a collection agency--they don't bill for products and services. If you are disputing the laptop charges, you should inform the collection agency in writing of your dispute. They will investigate it directly with the company who extended you credit.
