CBCS called three diffrent times trying to talk to me about a cedit card i never had then told me it was from 2001 and it was a diffrent company all together!

the other company has discharged the debt and i have filed chapter 7 and the manager told me i would still have to pay this debt becouse i have not listed them on the bankrup papers but they are wrong all debt is cleared!

i talked to 4 diffent people one that i could not even understand at all and 2 otheres that hung up on me when i started asking for info! then i called back and asked for a manager they were not going to let me talk to them i told the person on the phone that i was not willing to give them any info i wanted a manager, after a long hold time i got the jerk that tryed to tell me i would still need to pay the debt i told him what he was doing was aginst the law the has not right telling me that i would have to pay a debt that was charged off and that i files chapter 7 on?

they have called almost every day and after i gave them the backo case number they told me they would call back again and again!

they are very and i do mean very rude and will hang up on you at will, i eould have to say if you get there messege just delete it and go on about you life they will not mail you any thing they will not give you there info. so just forget about it! they most likly have an old charged off debt they bought and are trying to get any money they can!
