I"m not denying the damage occurred. What I'm saying is you need to read the contract you signed when you dropped off the car to see what they are liable for. If they are liable for the damage to your car, then they need to pay up. If that agreement says you won't hold them liable, then that's on you. What does the parking contract say their limit of liability is?

What are the limits of liability from their contract? If you signed a waiver making them not liable for this damage you are screwed.
