This is a FYI for people looking to purchase a clickbank store or has been having problems with CB proads.

I recently was looking to get a click bank store for the bases of being able to promote all the products that click bank has to offer.

In my search I came across Cb Pro ads and I checked out what they got to offer since they have free and paid for lifetime pro membership which will cost you $79.95 for this option.

So I checked the site out because they offer a demo http://www.cbproads.com/clickbankstorefront/theme1/sf.asp?id= to give you a idea how it going to look and it did not look bad.So I got the pro membership because if you get the free a percent of the web store they give you will have others links on it and with pro 100% is yours.

When I started to advertise the site I found that there was more to the eye as I started to find errors,missing images and there was products that do not even exists when you click on them.

I offered the support at cb pro to send these pics since they said there no errors and they did not want to even hear it as they stated there nothing wrong with the site they gave me.

So I paid them through paypal I open a dispute against them saying I want  refund since the site is misleading and there errors.

The first email I got was from a person named Yasar K Koyakutty which is the owner of this site and in the first email it stated from cbsupport:

Hello ,

Your payment has not been verified by Paypal.com. We will send you another email as soon as Paypal.com clears your payment.
Pending Reason : na

We appreciate your patience on this matter.

Best Regards,

So what I did as soon as I got this message I called paypal and they said it did go through
as you will see the amount is taken already from your account.

So I wrote back to cb pro stating i called paypal and the money is in your account and to fix the errors.


This is what they said to me:


Hello,

We have checked your storefront and found no error as you claim.


Also we too agree that there may be 10% sites may be out of service as we or clickbank.com don't have any control over this situation. Some sites may be functional after few days as it is depending upon on lots of other issues on their side like hosting, server probelms etc... We update our database everyday with clickbank's database. We just link their site name in to our storefront and cannot be sure that this site will be working fully.

Now I replied to them I have pics of the errors and I told them the errors I have been receiving.

You will notice that they openly admitted that there errors no matter how small or big this is not stated when you decide to purchase there pro membership which to me if your paying for a service this should be stated.

Also they stated that they update there database everyday if they did so there would not be missing products so that is a false statement by them.

I went back and forth with cb porads in the paypal dispute and they give you a hard time.

The seller Yasar K Koyakutty told me to contact support which i did not do but I have emails proving I did and said I went right to dispute.

Anyone that with paypal knows your disputing the seller service,products or whatever.This seller will not return your money nor will they fix anything on the site and if you file for a claim with paypal you will not get nothing back for the fact they can not prove the service.

I ended up getting half my money but not from the seller from paypal itself but this report to let you know and think twice about a cb proads if your looking to get a store front from them read all that there before you pay for there pro membership so this does not happen to you.

I also noticed there no address or nothing listed about there business just a contact box and there support is not the greatest.

We have enforced refund policy as nonrefundable as to protect our self from fraudulent buyers those who download online contents immediately after their payment and asking for Refund misleading Paypal as "Not as described".

I guess lesson learned and i got robbed in a way because they do not tell the costumier all the details when you willing to pay for the upgrade to pro.What bothers me most is that they openly admitted that they can not be sure that there site will be working fully and admitted there a percentage that can be out of service.



I mean being a paid costumer or looking to pay they should state this and you will not see this stated any where.



This is just a fyi for people thinking about a pro membership at cb proads and hope this helps some that are out there before they go through the same thing I did.
