I have read several ripoff reports about CCa in Las Vegas,NV. As a former employee (only several days) I suspected that this company was operating on thin ice with respect to the law.

They require employees to read from a script while in a call center where at least 60 people are all talking at once, and to deviate from this script is grounds for immediate firing.

I was uncomfortable with them because of the pressure they put on you to get people to sign up for their "credit card". They stay on employees constantly to pressure people to not take no for an answer.

They even have scripted rebuttals that skirt questions to consumers. They are deliberately misleading not only potential clients, but employees as well.

As of August 2007, these call center workers make $7.75 per hour.

Feeling guilty about this, I could no longer continue to do this after only a few days, so I resigned.

When I went to cash my first, last and only paycheck, The bank it was drawn on told me they would not honor it because the account had been closed.

So you see, not only is CCA in Las Vegas preying on consumers, but on it's own employees as well.
