Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I called to intercept a merchant credit card. I wasn't aware that a merchant card meant to shop only through the company. I called gave all of my information anxious for my big credit card and at the end of the Conversation, was told that they would send the book.

I inquire what book and it was explained that it was to shop in. I said I do not want the card! I made it very clear I do not want the card.

Two weeks later, they debited my account for a 250.00 check which was explained through the conversation in the beginning before I said, I do not want the card. Once I realized they cashed the check, I was pissed, I called and fussed about my money and not even getting the book they tried to say I paid for.

I called back because they continued to debit my account for 99.99 for credit guard and 99.99 for insurance, this money was not in my account, so the 20.00 fee charged due to the absence of the monies totaled 340.00. I sent two letters, demanding that they leave my account alone. Altogether this company got 449.00 and I incurred an additional 340.00 bringing the grand total to 789.00 for this company and I DO NOT WANT THE CARD AND MADE IT REALLY CLEAR.

When I spoke to the supervisor of CCA, Bruce, he said, I am in denial and to listen to the tape, I said, NO, I don't need to listen to it, the beginning is going to say I want the card, the end of the conversation said, NO, I DO NOT WANT THE CARD! SIMPLE....He said, he did not have time for me, I said, I want this account closed right now and DO NOT TOUCH MY BANK ACCT again. He laughed and said, when I get my 99.99 twice call back and he hung up on me. He debitted my account everyday, twice a day from that day causing and additional 240.00 of bounced checks and got his monies when I got paid through DIRECT DEPOSIT.

I said, NO, I don't want this before I got off of the phone. They were not supposed to touch my account! I stopped payments on the account and they went back into the account as CC (not CCA) and CAUSED additional bounced fees. FINALLY, this company got 449.00 and I incurred an additional 580.00 bringing the grand total to 1,029.0. AFTER ALL OF THIS, THEY Sent my account into a negative balance of an additional 160.00 in bounced fees. I got paid a 80 hour check and was left .10 in my account due to these people. I had to close my 17 year old checking account to stop these people.

They came in as CCA, AND THEN THEY was CC when they took my monies.

Rhese people should go to jail. They changed their names several times and it is under the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I wished I knew of this site and BBB before I got ripped off. I need help to get my monies back. BBB has not called back. The Consumer Regulatory Affairs has not called back. I am worried to death that these jerks will get away with robbing me.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, its paid for!
