CCS aka First National Card is a ripoff. Las vegas, Nevada
don't explain their selfs don't care, over drawed my account, haven't sent anything .....
my husband activated this card before he left for the army to try to help our credit they did not say anything about it costing 199.99 for activation fee
i put what little money i had in the bank for my son and i to live on till my husband gets a check and these people took it as soon as i put it in there and over drawed my account.
i call them up tell them that they have just taken all the money i had for me and my 18 month old son to live on and they said "thats a shame but they can't do nothing about it but on the bright side i will be getting a catalog in mail"
i told them that catalog wasn't going to feed my son and he trys to sell more juck this just is not fair.

I am so glad I got a chance to read this report...I started to go ahead and get the card..then on the bottom of the paper it says something about get 200.00 more credit when u spend 500...then it asks for membership fee of 200 and then an annual fee of 99 dollars..Those people have to be whacked in the head...Do Not Get This Card...It is a Scam...!!!! Kay
