I bought two units ofPlay station 2 at CD Square on January 30, 2005. After 3 months of use my PS2 wasn't able to read the disc. My husband and I decided for the repair of the one unit and at Divisoria Mall. The technician told us that the label of the unit said it's model no. is 39001 but what is inside the unit is model 35000.

We reported this to the store owner but they don't want to take responsibility over it instead they blame us that we should get the services of their technician to repair the said unit. And they told us that the warranty seal has broken.

When the PS2 was repair at Divisoria mall it takes only an hour and we're waiting on the shop until it's done. But before they repair the unit they told us that the real model of the unit is not 39001 but it's 35000 which is the older model we saw it on the screen before they repair it. But then, we decided for the repair because we're using the unit for gaming.

We're not asking for the warranty of the product but we're complaining because they cheated us by not telling the real model of the unit and even in the receipt it says Model 39001.

I hope somebody will give us advice and help as to the problem we're having now with the store owner who blames the consignor but the consignor blame the distributor.
