Dear Doina, I apologize for any inconvenience. Obviously, we prefer and try all we can to always help our customers directly. As you know from our website when placing the order, we offers 2 free software CDs to new customers who want to try out our Software Library Club, which helps customers build their own personal software library. As explained on our website, customers receive 4 CDs for the initial set based on their selections and preferences. Two of the CDs are free and the other 2 are on a no obligation 25-day trial. Customers can cancel anytime either online, calling the toll-free number provided in their package or by emailing customer service. They return the 2 CDs they do not want and keep the 2 free without any other charges. The other question I don't understand is if the CDs did not work as you state, why did you not contact us for help? Customer Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
