How's the million dollar yacht at Catalina Island doing? I'm sorry to hear that one of your CEDCO Yahoo friends damaged it extensively. Maybe one of your hand picked back yard mechanics/pharmacy technicians at the Blue Diamond Yard can repair it. You sure seem to have an aweful lot of faith in those guys. They seem to have quite a shelf life compared to your ordinary hard working masons and footing crews who bust there a*s everyday and get s**t on for doing their job. Meanwhile your hillbilly back yard mechanics who can never seem to get our equipment fixed... get a pass all the time. Why is that Teddy? How are you able to justify incompetence and criminal activities in the shop and have your boy HG HOUSTON out there f**king with the guys that are busting there a*s and doing there jobs. It isn't fair TEDDY.

Notification was made to both local (LVMPD) and Federal authorities. Cat was out of the bag along time ago. Actually when you fired two of your shop guys on the same day. This is what happens when you allow family and friends to run a business. Reality check.... this is why so many corporations have rules regarding nepotism.

1) Disciplinary action being handed out at work over RENTAL AGREEMENTS (CIVIL CONTRACTS)on homes owned by the DAVIS family.Being directed to leave a job site to replace Light bulbs at a home owned by the Davis family would also be be included. 2) Falsified documents being sent to Carson City, Nevada stating Cedco Commercial Vehicles that were issued NHP Repair Citations have been repaired, when in fact, they were never even looked at. 3)Firing individuals and then contacting their new employer to tell them that the person is a druggie and if you keep him ,Cedco will no longer do business with you.(Jan '04 call to Pearson Excavating) 4)The practice of telling employees who they can or can't talk to, using termination as a method of enforcement. 5)Continual harassment at the work place over Davis Owned Rental home Contracts. This would include being taken off the clock to clean a rental home. Daily harassment by Cedco management over a Civil matter that had nothing to do with work. A CIVIL CONTRACT is NOT a PERSONNEL MATTER.

To all the former employees, if this is really true, report this activity to the FBI. You can do it without your name being known. This is outragous that this is going on, you all know about it, yet not one of you have reported it to an organization like the FBI. This is the type of case they would jump at.

These allegations are correct, I have been employed at CEDCO,INC. for six years and can attest to the drug dealing that goes on at the company. The owners Bill, Mike, Ted, and Cindy(Fox) Davis are all well aware that this goes on. H.G. Houston(702-491-3748) has been told about this countless times by employees (non-users, the minority). H.G. Houston (General Superintendent) ends up firing the people that made the complaint or voiced their concern as if they are the problem. H.G. Houston has never addressed the drug selling and using employees. He only fires the good, decent, non-using employees. He keeps the bottom feeders that sell drugs and other criminal types. I believe the other poster that questioned the owners making a profit off of the drug dealing is correct. They have to be. Why else would anyone allow felonious activity to go on at their company everyday? They are making a ton of unreported money. RICO statues may very well apply to this organization. Hopefully someone in a position of authority will catch on to CEDCO,INC. very soon.

As a field mechanic for Cedco until 2003, this is what I know first hand: Yes, drug sales goes on in the shop on a daily basis. Speed is what is sold from the shop.Pot can be obtained from WALTER DEMPSEY, the SAFETY FOREMAN at ANTHEM. He lives in a a trailer at the Blue Diamond Yard located at Serene Ave and Rainbow Blvd. Chris Emery, the Shop Superintendent, allows his mechanics to deal Methamphetamine (SPEED) inside the garage at Blue Diamond yard.In the field, the grout guy Tony Vega, who drives CEDCO Truck # 157 with the pump attached to it, sells pot all day long. Keep your eyes open, you'll probably find superintendents on the job buying and using drugs. To show you how f**ked up the company is, there Safety Director, Lisa Vega-Lattimore (daughter of Cedco owner Cindy Davis Woof Fox) has had at least three (3) DUI's and totaled two vehicles and yet is still employed there. What bunch of f**ked up yahoo's at CEDCO. Warning: Anyone considering using CEDCO BEWARE, you will regret it in the end.
