Within a few weeks we could no longer activate our T-Mobile service which was our best seller. We repeatedly called tech support and they had no answers for us and offered no help what so ever. They constantly changed the way to refill and activate Simple Mobile and Net10 which caused a huge problem for our customers. We had to retrain employees repeatedly. We often would try to do refills during the day and the servers would be down. No explanation as to why their servers are down and no one at their end would help with the problem. Tech support was awful and they never once made an effort to help restore our service or took an interest in solving our issues. This was an extremely disappointing experience. All of the employees would give us the go around. Dumbfounded at how this company manages to stay in business. Probably due to all the money they refuse to give back to customers.
