Cellular Blowout BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Aguora Hills California
Well I have read some of the other reports, I just wish I knew about this website before I had placed my order.
It was sometime back in June when I placed my order for a Motorola Ferrari limited edition phone for an anniversary gift for my husband, they immediately charged my credit card for $600, normally I use my debit card, but this time for some reason I used my credit card. I also paid for the 3 day UPS. Even though I had placed my order for some reason somthing didn't feel right, so I called them..SURPRISE SURPRISE - NO ANSWER just a machine asking to go through the website..finally to make a long story short, since every complaint on this company is pretty much the same on the site. I went through the site, no answer, I checked the BBB and I was kicking myself after that I didn't check the BBB before my order, and their rating 'F'!! I immediately contacted my credit card company, I filed a dispute and they said they would investigate and would contact me if they needed additional info and would take up to 30 days. Apparently this only took a 2 weeks and my case was closed, I guess their bank refunded my card without question. I sent them many emails telling them to cancel my order, telling them I had a dispute on the charges, and I was STILL getting emails saying my order is in backorder and I would get a free charger, obviously they didn't get any of my emails I sent to them.
Someone really needs to shut this company down..its a total fraud!!!
