I am too one of the many that have been ripped off by this company. Funny thing is they are still out there doing good business. I don't have too much hope for the $400 in rebates they've promised but at least I am spreading the word. I will never buy a phone and a plan online.

Long story short: they got and validated my rebate submission on 09.11.05 and emailed me the "please allow 8-10 weeks". You do the math....we're talking 18 weeks and counting. They've also resubmitted my rebate internally with a new due date... shaddy.

I have eventually got my rebate. There is hope for you all frustrated customers out there. Lesson learned, I will never buy cell plans online again.
