Quite simply, they promised a refund if their alarm monitoring system would not work at our location.  We bought the equipment, had it installed, only to be told my our country fire marshall that this was not allowed in our juristiction.

When I called to return the equipment, they refused.  All they kept repeating is that the equipment works just fine, so I could not return it.

While they might be right, the equipment might of "worked" it was NOT ALLOWED by the fire marshall, so obviously I could not use it.

They refused my return so I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.  

VERY SHADY COMPANY!!  DO NOT USE THEM!!  Pay the extr $5/month to get your alarm monitored elsewhere. Please!
