My wife and I found a 2012 Mazda CX-7 online at Centennial Mazda/GMC. It had all the options my wife needed since she is very petite. It was
Up Camera,GPS Navagation. Heated/ A/C Seats and Mirrors with Turn Signals and it was a Brilliant Silver color. I called to
schedule a Test Drive and we drove to the dealership. We asked the Saleman to show us this vehicle and Mr.Austin Allen Lane told us it was sold! I was
7 but it was a base model with none of the options we needed. It was priced at $16,898. While our salesman checked his other lots for a silimilar model
my wife became ill and she suffered a Medical Episode. I left her to get her medicine and some food. When I returned she had signed the contract on
this vehicle that we had just test drove! I told the salesman that this was not the vehicle we wanted and it was a base model and it had dings on the
driver side door and the rear bumper has deep gouges and scrapes. The price was now $ 18,295. and they only gave her $1,000 for my
Volvo when I told the salesman that I wouldn't take less than $5,000. We told the Sales manager and the Finance Manager but they said it was her's
now'!
We returned the next day to return this vehicle because it was making loud engine and transmission noises and we were not happy with this vehicle!
They told us that their dealership has a no return policy! We returned to get the Body work done at the Collision Authority Body Shop
and the engine work done and when we picked the Mazda up the next day the body work was not done. Now we are getting the run around and I have
called the General Manager Eight times. ( Mr.Tim Beyer) and he has yet to return our phone calls! This place is a real SCAM! Buyer Beware! These guys
are real thieves!

First of all not really sure what your wife being petite has to do with a car having GPS, heated seats or being silver in color..but the car being sold before they got there is not bait and switch. Your wife wasn't forced to purchase the car, she was capable of making her own decisions.
Or do you want to claim that this "medical episode" left her incapable of signing any contracts or making any legal decisions? If so then one would wonder why you would leave her in the dealership. Because you didn't leave her for just a minute or two..you left her in the dealership for enough time for her to actually sign all of the paperwork and buy the car.
At the very least you could have taken her with you or perhaps even call 9-1-1 to get her immediate help.
