Central Arkansas CAC Computers TCCTECH Custom Built Comupters are scam Searcy Facebook Marketplace
Sept 1, 2017 at 5:45pm provided specific needs for my business. Custom Built Computer has wrong labels. Computer data has different Processor, AMD Processor instead of Intel Processors. My Computer Tech discovered on Sept 10th at 6:00pm, the Computers that I purchased from Central Arkansas CAC Computer didn't have enough signal strength to get Home Internet connection and way too slow. Ty Candler, Business Owner and Computer Tech will not return the phone calls. Ty Candler is letting his wife Crystal Candler handing issues. Crystal Candler is rude over the phone and sending hostile/threatening text messages and unprofessional.
Spent $690.00 Cash Purchase on 01/09/17 & 09/06/2017.
No resolution from Central Arkansas CAC Computer Business Owners and don't know how to serve customer's need or satisfaction. Public need to be warned!

Nicole Dave came into our business and viewed the computers we had in stock. She purchased three (3) and viewed and went through every one. One of them she has us build for her and she viewed it as well before paying. We sell refurbished systems and we explained to her what they were. She seen each one running on Wifi before purchasing. Two days after her purchase, she came back to our store, walked in and jumped in front of another customer, with no regard or respect for them. She didn't even know how to transfer a document to a flash drive so I had to show her. She never once apologized to the other lady she interupted. She advised me at that time the computers were running great.
Two days later she called my wife, which owns the business, and became very demanding. My wife explained to her that we were moving our business and that I could not come to her house immediately as she had demanded. She stated that she was going to bring the computer back so my wife advised her that was fine. However, my wife did explain to her that it was under warranty and if she brought it back and it would not connect to the wifi, we would repair it or replace it. However, if it did connect, that she would be charged a regular "service charge". She could not understand that if the computer connected to WiFi here, it should connect at her house as well unless her Router is out of range.
Nicole Davis became rude, she cussed at my wife and more importantly, she never brought the computer back to the store for us to check. We made every attempt to work with her and she was by far the rudest, most demanding customer we had ever dealt with.
We later found out she was a licensed real estate agent and was defaming our business and slandering us. We spoke with numerous Real Estate companies and learned they she had worked with several through the years and none of them liked her or wanted her working with or for them again. The all stated the same thing. She is rude, she is pushy and she has no common sense. While she was at our business she stood and spoke bad and negatively about Real Estate customers she has done business with.
We also learned that we could file a complaint with the Arkansas State Realtors Association due to her defaming and demeaning character. Her personal life should reflect her professional life and vice versa otherwise she is not good to do business with.
Our offer stands to look at the computer for her. However, we must warn everyone not to do any form of Business with this lady.
