Charged my card and sent me products I did not order.

The above two addresses are a front to solicit orders for a free trial offer of AcaiPure; GreenteaExtract diet supplements and many other products. When each order was received, additional products of which I DID NOT ORDER (Hoodia drops and Hoodia gum) accompanied my orders. I was CHARGED (deducted from my bank account) for the two unsolicited products to the tune of $29.95 for the drops and $9.95 for the gum. Since I had placed two orders, one for AcaiPure and the other for GreenteaExract, I was charged twice for the drops and gum.

I have filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission to expose this company. When doing a Google search on "Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc.", I found nothing but complaints. I wish I had known before I placed my orders.

While trying to resolve the problem by calling Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc, I was placed on hold for over 40 minutes. Using a speaker phone to stay on hold, no one ever came on to speak to me. CCN expects me to pay a 15% restock fee for something I didn't even order.

Just writing these comments and reliving my anger for having been scammed upsets me. For all those who have filed a complaint on "Ripoff", I certainly hope you've also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. This company needs to be busted. It appears from the comments filed, they have been fraudulent for quite some time now. The Federal Trade Commission needs to do a thorough investigation of this unethical business, and shut it down.

By the way, I did a search on the Arizona address, and found a company on the 5th floor who rents to CCN, Inc. They told me CCN is in their office "by appointment only". I asked the Realtor if they were a aware this company scams people, and they said, "No". I told them about the complaints online, and for them to check it out for themselves.

I hope my long explanation gets the proper authorities involved. In the meantime, I'm going on record to state I have disputed the charges with my bank, and am being issued a new card.
