In order to download a free system, two trial offers of eight were to be selected. I chose Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc.(30 day trial), and Mineral Science (14 day trial).

I was billed by both companies prior to the trial period expiration dates and did not receive any products. Central Coast Nutraceuticals sent a one month supply Trial for $1.00 plus shipping. Total: $5.95 was billed to my bankcard Nine days later $38.95 was debited my checking account.

The automated information was given on phone, but to date no return call. I'm placing a stop payment on these companies in case of another withdrawal for products not received.

The trial period was for thirty days, and if I didn't want another month's supply, I could send it back. The company provided a return address and RMA instructions, however I only tried it for a little over a week. Sent email and called next day to cancel but no answer. Also, sent E-mail denied directory to company support web page.

Your ten day trial begins approximately four days after you place your initial order. Most orders are received within four days. If you do not receive your order within the four day shipping period please contact customer care and we will be happy to extend your trial period.
