Central Portfolio Control Harrassing phone calls Eden Prairie, Minnesota
This morning I received a phone call on my cell phone for my mother. Since 2007, my mother has been in a convalescent hospital suffering from Alzheimer's. Until that time she lived alone. They did not identify themselves but then asked my name. I asked who they were looking for and they told me my mtoher's name. I told them she is not at this number. They then asked where they could reach her. I told them she was in a nursing home and did not even remember her own name anymore. They asked me who was going to pay her debt, and I asked them what debt are they talking about. Then they told me someone had taken advantage of my mother, asked when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and proceeded to actually accuse me of running a debt up in my mother's name!
The employee, Eric Hardy, then hung up on me. I called back and got "Maria" and she sent me over to a "manager", Erick White who then proceeded to ask me if I stole my mother's money, what is wrong with me and they were going to get to the bottom of this, that there is a paper trail and I would get caught.
Hang up on these bastards, or, better yet, file a case against them. I am filing suit against them!
