The company was referred to me by my pest control company to remove a racoon that was living in my attic, The first guy that came out was not very knowledgeable and didn't even look in My attic or get on My roof before offering Me a service agreement for Trapping, seal up and attic sanitation, totaling $3,000. I had to pay Massey the full amount up front. They just set traps in My yard with a can of cat food and left it for a week before I had to call to ask them to replace, when they finally caught the animal it sat in the sun for 12 hours before they came and picked it up. Over the next week they sent over 8 different people to My house to spray ugly black foam on my roof and big ugly metal mesh on my vents, they claimed they did a attic sanitation but I looked in My attic when they left and the waste was still there, I had to call them back out Three more times before the actually did the work right. One of the guys fell through My roof and separately got insulation all over my closet and clothes. Two weeks after they left I started Hearing noises again and called another company to solve My problem. Do not use these guys unless You want a headache, even if Your pest control company recommends them.
