Century Business Solutions SCAM!Charged me for product they know they dont have. Took over $500! Heard scoop on them! ,Santa Fe Springs , California
They charged me over $500 on my office credit card for plastic folders that they knew they didn't have in stock, back ordered since 2009! Yes, 2 years Ive been messing with these people. I told them this is illegal to charge me for product they know very well they dont have in their warehouse.
Thats how they made $, tell everyone its on back order but charge you anyway-bottom line is youre screwed. I heard theyre out of business for this very reason; thats why no one answers the phone. I heard they screwed someone out of $73,000 and thats what took them down.
I found a fabulous company, Formula Manufacturing International LLC that has supplied my folders now. Excellent customer service/same product. Give them a try & anyone who has a back order from Century you wont get it but theyve enjoyed your money. I would think there would be enough to start a class action law suit.
