Century21 Lois Lauer Realty the agents did lots of forgeries, a fraudulant loan and more! Redlands California
my elderly dad and i wanted to sell our homes and i also wanted to buy another. we had no idea they would sell our homes for below market value to their friends-one an agent in the same office! they forged dads name in the termite approval for escrow to close and said the property sold for 40k more than it really did! they didnt tell me the disclosures of the house i was to buy and found out the serious problems 3 weeks later when i got a packet via mail full of forgeries-37- initials and signatures.
then, when i said i wanted to cancel the sale of my house,the threats began to my dad and me! i went to the police. they tried to make me sign a release saying i wouldnt sue c21 lois lauer and the agents- i refused. they said if i didnt sign i would be sued. and i was- they said i wanted to cancel escrow to sell it to someone else for 5k more, which is a lie. after i hired an attorney, we found many more forgeries- one was a forged arbitration- i went anyway, and lost 30k more from his 1031 he put on my house in spite of him buying another a month later!
i had to fire my 1st attorney,as he said the dept. of real estate fraud wanted to investigate,however he told me he told them that my paperwork was too unorganized and would sit on their desk! i fired him the next day. then i hired another but he suggested going to cancun,an adults only club, i refused, then he didnt do any work for me and fired him! then, i contacted lois lauer herself- she said "did i talk to the broker and said she cant deal with this, im going on vacation tommorrrow." and i hired a 3rd attorney!
he was good at first i thought- we hired a handwritting expert and subpoenaed the original signatures and they said they didnt have them! this attorney strung me along over 16 months and in hindsight, was incompetent or corrupt! we spent over 25,000 and tried to get justice and protect others. we had a lawsuit but had to dismiss it and we recently had a ethic hearing for the agents that didnt get out of the committee /one agent fled to several states. their justification is basically im angry and or crazy..and they did more too!
