Cepstral TTS swift - linux software Cepstral TTS swift - linux software asterisk , voicent ,digium , windows tts , elastics voiceforge , Patrick Dexter Cepstral TTS Dont Purchase misleading once you purchase you find out it doesnt work Pittsburgh Pennsylvania
Cepstral TTS Dont Purchase They Are rude and do not support their product and says he didnt care, then told me not to contact them again after i purchased the crap software product and lie to you on the phone , then after all that says you called me an a*****e at the end of our phone conversation so you need to delete our product . It Is misleading because most tts porgrams allow you to record listen to texts with TTS Voce but this one does not in fact most program send a text file to the swift driver then swift sends out an audio recording of the transcription to play it back all this happen fast so you dont even know it it is running in the back ground , i paid 35 dollars for this and it just played a recorind and said i had to pay more money to be able to record thier voice well the programs dont accually save any of the recordings so why would i pay more when i dont know how its going to work anyways.
So i called tech support they said i didnt need to call them again ,he didnt care about my problem and said he would give him a key to record if i didnt contact them again he did not he is a liyer , then ha sends and email saying he refunded my money he did not once again a lyer h said he wasnt going to help me because he was an a*****e on the phone in an email afterwards , Well WTF if i am a paying customer and you are a d**k on the phone right out tf the gate then you get complaints online then dont you !It is common sense so when the one cepstral employee that works there see this , this is what you get and you are an a*****e and since you callded me one on the phone then ill be like millions of others and make complaints online that will cost you thousands of dollars in sales and worst of all you dont even know its happening untill its too late!
