Certified Recovery Systems Inc. - CRSI Are RUDE, LIARS, who report false information to credit agencies Houston Texas
I was contacted by Certified Recovery multiple times due to a debt I owe to The Retreat of Clear Lake for a broken lease. They contacted me stating that I owed $7,580. I told them their information was off by $5000. I told the lady that according to the Retreat of Clear Lake I owed $2580 due to a revision of my invoice (which I have copies of).
The Retreat of Clear Lake has contacted these ignorant people and advised them correctly. However either they have computer illiterate employees who can't update information or they are just trying to scam me out of $5000.00. Either way there is a negative mark on my credit report stating I owe them $7,580 which I DO NOT!!
Whatever you do, if you are contacted by this company for anything, make sure you verify the validity and accuracy of the debt. I plan on filing complaints with anyone who will listen. I have no problem paying the debt off, however it needs to be accurate before I pay them a penny!
