So apparently, leaving bad reviews online isn't sufficient to warrant common sense from the owner of this company. He leaves a well written reply on Yelp , publicly apologizing, but then continues to play passive aggressive games, instigate and antagonize via private email as well as make threats. Apparently he thinks that this statement is a good idea and will be well received by the person he and his company have already been harassing, even after having been sent a cease and desist and having acknowledged in an email that I don't appreciate nor want to be contacted by him: "I would suggest that after this email from me you stop slandering us in public reviews or I will be the one taking you to court". Did you REALLY think that after the reviews I have left for you that I would be bullied into submission?
News flash! The reporting of our experience with your company is not SLANDER, but as you continue to contact and harass me, keep in mind, it will just keep adding up to more money when we take you to court smart guy. I will be filing complaints with the FTC, the State Attorney General of Texas and very likely will also file suit against this company and the owner for willful non compliance of the FDCPA and we will see how well he likes antagonizing people then.
As for everyone else, do you REALLY want to do business with someone like this? What a nightmare...
