This ceuticelll company is one of the biggest ripoffs ever. So I recieve emails regarding free samples and get them in the mail. This particular item came up and it was suppose to be a sample. Needless to say I bought an 89 dollar facecream. Free sample my tush. Because of this ripoff company myself and I believe many others are being scamed and there is nothing we as consumers can do about it. It is pretty sad and all I can say is carma. Carma will come back at them at sometime.  Sad 5hat this happened but wish it to not happen to anyone else. They are scamers

*PLEASE NOTE* I am in no way affiliated with this company. I am simply a consumer who has ordered dozens of trial items such as this over the past 10 years*  This is not a true rip-off: When you order a free trial of this product, you have to click a box, stating you have read and agreed to the T&C regarding the trial. Very clearly in the T&C it states: •ORDER TERMS: You must pay a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 for us to send you a 30 day supply of Ceuticell. We ship the product the day after you order (except that orders on Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). We allow up to 3-6 days for you to receive the offer supply.

After the 14 days trial you will be charge $89.97 if you do not cancel and you will be automatically enrolled into our auto-shipment program. If after your offer period you wish to continue to receive Ceuticell, simply do nothing, and in about 45 days and continuing every 30 days thereafter, you'll automatically be shipped a fresh new 30 day supply of Ceuticell for the low price of $89.97 + shipping and handling, billed to the credit card you provide us today. However, if you feel the product is not for you simply contact customer service at 1-866-461-9877 (24/7) to cancel your account 1 day before the end of your offer period.

To finalize your cancellation, you will be required to return the unused portion of the offer to us at your expense. You have 15 days from the time of cancellation to return product to us. We ship using USPS 1st class after your order has been processed. It takes between 3-6 days for USPS to deliver. Cancellation Policy •During 14-day offer - you can call to cancel within the 14-day period to avoid being enrolled in the monthly auto-shipment program. You will be required to return the product and will not incur any further charges apart from the initial $4.95 shipping and handling fee. If you feel the product is not for you simply contact customer service at 1-866-461-9877 (24/7) to cancel your account.

•After enrollment into the auto-shipment program: You can cancel anytime once you are enrolled in the auto-shipment program by simply contacting customer service at 1-866-461-9877 (24/7) to cancel your account. You have 45 days from the time of cancellation to return product to us. Refund and Return Policy ■If you are not pleased with the product, simply call us at 1-866-461-9877 (24/7) before the end of the offer period. If you wish to cancel further shipments after the offer period, to avoid further charges call us at least 1 day before the next shipment date, 1-866-461-9877 (24/7) . If you call to cancel within the 14-day offer period, you will not be enrolled in the monthly auto-shipment program and will not incur any further charges apart from the initial shipping and handling fee of $4.95 ■Ceuticell may be returned (1) for exchange due to shipping damage. (2) For a refund on any unopened/unused product after the enrollment into our monthly auto-shipment. A customer can request for an RMA to return unopened/unused product any time after they have been enrolled in our monthly auto-shipment program. Customer has 15 days to return the product after cancellation.

I know there are alot of trail products ect out there. Terms and conditions ect ect ect I have never done a trial product in my life nor will I ever. I dont believe in trying anything unless its bought outright.  This particular comapny however xl-a processing corporation is bases out of an apt complex. I looked there address up and yup not even a buisness. It is an apartment and the money they get from people goes to an International account. Not even a us buisness per say. Ya they have an address however it doesnt mean its a legit address.  I am sure some people do like the product and company, I however do not.
