I ordered on a trial basis a Ceuticell Cream. Because my computer would not take the order at first, I tried again and was successful.
After I received the cream, I found my skim broke out with a red rash. I actually recieved two jars because the company had taken the first effort without telling me. I was charged almost $90 for each jar.
I called to cancel which was confirmed.
A month later, I found my card had been charged a third time for over $90. I refused the new package that came and returned it to the company address.
I had to cancel my card to prevent future charges.
I called the company number 866-461-9877 to confirm my cancellation. I was told that I had two accounts and had only originally cancelled one. I had refused the new package that just came and demanded the $90+ charge be refunded. They said I could not get a refund without an authorization number.
As a consolation offer, I was told I could have 15% of my $92+ charge back.
I told the rep that I was reporting the "company" to the BBB.
As a matter of note, the charges come out of Great Britain and Miami.
