I purchased on 11/12/09 Call of Duty Modern warfare Presige Edition. i spoke to a women a few days later who told me they were being overwhelmed by the response for the game and that they were processing games from four days prior of my order and that it would be shipped out soon. On 11/17/09 i received an email stating the game was ship out by priority mail. With many phone calls made with no success of getting a really person to talk to and lots of emails sent to them with no response I've been forced to file a complaint with the BBB of central florida.This is very disappointing because i really do not shop online because of this fear of something like this happening.This was the first and last time i will by things online .

You can also file a criminal complaint as I did with the FBI internet crimes division! Just go here and file http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
I filed and the responded a few days later . I ordered the same game within the same timeframe and have only gotten 1 response so far! This is insane! These guys at the least need an existing customer service ! But they do not respond at all! They have our credit card information now and these are a bunch of kids! Burch is like 24 and so is his shipping manager! Bunch of d**n thieves!
