Did you stop to think maybe your credit card number has been compromised - used by someone without your permission by a 3rd party? They could have gotten your card number from anywhere. Would it be Target's fault for instance if someone used your credit card number that was stolen at their store? I don't see how this is the fault of the company you are blaming. If someone stole your credit card number, that fault is on the place you used your card that has poor security (Wherever that may be).
Dispute the charge and go get a new card number. Quit crying and blaming innocent companies for no reason. (And no I have no affiliation with said company, but I do call b.s. when I see it).
