I hate complaining about CFPB, but push is coming to shove. I know they are overburdened, as am I. I will try to keep this simple. I lost my home to HSBC/Ocwen/AHMSI over a year ago AFTER I had been awarded my home by Polk County Dist Ct Judge Horner, Oregon. AHMSI required a hearing in court and was granted same. This was late Dec 2009. After hearing her complaint against me, Judge Horner asked her if she had the NOTE (lawful) { TILA) and she clearly answered "NO". To wit Horner ended the hearig and subsequently ORDERED 580 Riverview NW, Salem, OR97304 to me which I recorded in Polk County Records Dept the first week of Januanry 2010 and commenced improving that property for my retirement to tune of over $50k. Things went fine for many months when out of the blue an oufit which I had read about being charged with FRAUD and MONEY LAUNDERING (HSBC/OCWEN)for S. American Drug Cartels. My former adversary went to Federal Court and under support of Judge Anna Brown, Portland Federal Ct Judge, I wias dismissed WITH PREDJUDICE as my own attorney, PRO SE and was never alloed to face my adversaries before her in court, violating, in my opinion, my Constitutional Right to appear in a court of law.
Effectively, HSBC/OCWEN was given MY HOME to an outfit that was under investigation and criminal charges for BOTH DRUG MONEY LAUNDERING andMORTGAGE SERVICING FRAUD. I>E> the judge GAVE criminally charged outfits the benefit of the doubt and ripped my home for whichh AAG had appraised for a reverse mortgage in the amount of $340k. THUS putting this senior "NON CRIMINAL" intopoverty with asnap of their ingers.
Now I am faced with being fed, like a sheep, to the wolves of OCWEN/HSBC. Forced to seek care under my older brother in North Cariolina having lost everything.
Then I learn that CFPB decided to give OCWEN/HSBC to role of OMBUDSMAN, to return $$$ to those of uswho were eaten once by OCWEN/HSBC and give back to them to, in my case, finish me off, forever. Believe me when I say OCWEN OMBUDSMAN strated to respond to my requests for status and information they immediately began denying I ever had "authority" to protect my home and the denied me any further information.CFPB, has noticed me, effectively, they can do no more for me on this matter.
I enters now whats left of my life, essentialy the last remaining years, beaten up and eatened by the wolves that infest OCWEN/HSBC whith no clear way to turn
in my opinion, CONSUMER FINANCE PROTECTION BUREAU has f, be aware.ed me to the wolves
I write this simply as an alert/warning that has, indeed tossed me to and wil do so til our bones turn to dust. that OCWEN/HSBC continues to feed off our rotting carcasses by the WOLVES, and there is nothing I can do about it other than alert my fellow citizens to be aware.
