Was really excited to go to Chad Chiniqys Real Estate Training to Find, Fund and Flip properties. After the one hour session at the Sheraton Lax my husband and I agreed to the $1267 sign up to join Chads team and get help to get started as an investor.
At the one hour program he stated that we would get mentored and have someone give us the ropes on how to get started for $1267 at a 3 day training class the following week. His team of people 1st lured us in with paying for a 3 day training for $1267. Not knowing that we would be Sheraton lunches worth $15 per day, and the team telling us that they paid for all of our lunches out of the $1267.00
We were so mislead that at the before the ending of the 3rd day of training. They really had us thinking that we will get started buying houses as soon as possible.
They finally broke our hearts and said this is not all the training. We charge $48,000 to get started !!
We felt so sad and misled. That we had to pay our hard earned money of $1267 to just get a little information and not be joined to the team.
And to think God will punish these rich liars, because there was actually two homeless people that took their last to go to a 3 days class from 8-5pm to waste their time to tell them and laugh in their face or seem to look so caring for the homeless saying "Oh, you thought you were in with $1,267.00, nooo, ha, ha, ha, its $48,000."
And even when Chad showed up he told everyone that people pay the $48,000 (their hard earned money mind you) and dont even do anything. I really was disgusted and he was smiling like they are so fair. Its so wrong what you do Chad. So sad.

Dont get lied to by spending a thousand only to make you feel so special like your are in and then get told your are not in until you pay thousands.

my goodness. So i was searching around the interenet today looking for deals and somehow stubbled upon this. Its been about 6 months now since I joinced this group for 39k. Same thing in that the first one was 1297. I knew full well that in 3 days I was not going to be equiped enough to learn and know everything about being a real estate investor. Who in their right mind could or would believe or think that is beyond me. None the less I knew I would be tought something and I was.
Me and my wife learned a great deal. Just like any other company, they offered addional services for more money. Why that is a considered a scam is beyond me. I have 2 deals done now. the first deal the even funded for me. made 30 perrcent. 2nd deal a little less. I have been to their trainings they put on in san diego, vegas, and i have to tell you, i have been impressed with every bit of it.
It takes work. Hard work. There are a lot of other investors out there to compete with, but working with these people, they teach me what others know, ways to compete and get the right deals in front of me.
I just find it bafflying that someone would call someone a scam for charging someone for services. Its an education people. 1 class costs x amount. more costs X amount. Society sure has crippled people into believing its okay to spend thousands on a 4 year degree to become employed. yet to spend thousands to become self employed--well that cant be right and must be a scam.
Do something. I would imagine those folks posting negetive things about chad or whoever, are people who aren't happy with their financial situation. live in a pay check to pay check lifestyle. The problem lies in between the ears people. how we think about money is the problem. work hard for money. but afraid to make money work hard for you. there is a reason why 95 percent of this country lives check to check and scoff and blame others for their lot in life.
just my two cents. watch, if there are responds to this it will be from people playing victime role and never taking accountability for themselves.
