Chad Messenger is a certified scammer. The facts are that I paid money and never recieved products. I attempted to get some form of shipping verification and was met with NO return correspondence. To even speak with Chad after payment was made is impossible. It required complaints with the BBB and the police in order for me to get my money back. Those are the FACTS.
Some more facts you should be aware of are, when you search the name chad messenger on the internet you will notice several incidents where he has scammed in the past. You will also notice that he has conviently had some form of rebuttal claiming that his company does great work and that the people who complain are lying. Consider the motives behind both sides and determine the truth for yourself. I look to gain nothing from chad's downfall except to inform others on how he does business.
This issue was considered resolved almost 2 years ago untill i recieved this rebuttal. His timeline is wrong. I paid money and waited a week for shipping confirmation. I then made efforts to contact chad to get this information and found that it was impossible to reach him. After an additional week of no return phone calls from chad, i then went to the authorities. I then recieved my money an additional month later. So six weeks later i finally get my money back without any correspondence from chad whatsoever. You may inquire with wake forest police department to verify my statements.
I have read the company policies and they are great but chad does not conduct business in any way that abides to those policies. If I was able to get in touch with chad once and recieved shipping info, this warning would not exhist. Buyers beware. Your money would be better off if it went anywhere else.

Customer purchased laptops from ebay on a Friday. Sent email over the weekend and filed a paypal dispute and this ripoff report. The customer has received their money back and we have moved on from this transaction. I apologize for any misunderstandings

You sent me an email on a Friday asking to place an order for 5 Dell Latitude laptops. I said I could take the order at your requirments but we do take 2-3 business days to process and ship an order. You made payment by paypal on that Friday and did a charge back on me on Tuesday. We are closed Sat and Sunday so 2-3 business days would mean we could ship for you on Wed or Thursday at the latest. I sent multiple emails to you telling you our policy but you decided to file a paypal dispute instead of calling or responding to my emails. I refunded your money back and at no time was at wrong. Please be aware of company policy before placing any orders in the future.
