I ordered bras from Chaolily.com. It took weeks to receive the items, and the order was wrong. And the quality was extremely poor. NOT worth the money. According to their website, there is a 30 day no hassle return policy. I am still in the process of contacting their customer service.... there is no phone number to call, everthing is done through an email . As of today, i have gone back and forth with them 18 times. i continually tell them that I want to return the items, but they refuse to give me the address as to where i need to send them. These items came directly from China.
They are trying to convince me that the postage will be expensive, and that I should keep them and give them to a friend. Are you kidding me? I am not giving up on this.
I strongly advise against using this company- both Chaolily and Chengdu shuangliu.
