My desire is to have Chapman Hall Realtors Brokerage Firm removed from my contract and no commission be payable to them. I never signed a contractual agreement with Chapman Hall Realtors/Agent. Chapman Hall Realty/Agent were not protecting my interest in the agreement and throughout the process.
Once the contract was signed with the builder, I never heard from the agent regarding the house or received any assistance. This is absurd that they are not willing to sign the amendment removing their name from my contract with builder knowing that they did not assist me in finding the home in the first place. Chapman Hall Realty has done nothing but sign their name and feel they should be paid commission.
I know for a fact that it’s the agent’s responsibility to assist you and lead the way of your home purchase from beginning to end and somewhere mine failed me.
