I called to book a Mickey Mouse character for my sons very first birthday party. I was so excited when I was told that it wasn't a problem and that it could be done on the time and date I requested! The manager Matt asked me for my credit card information and told me that a $95 fee will be charged. I received a text message at the last minute asking me to call the company. I spoke with the gentleman and he asked if the character could come at a much earlier time instead of the time that we had agreed upon.

I tried to explain to the gentleman (and I use the term loosely) that the time he wants to change the character visit to is impossible and that this last minute change was very inconveniencing. He immediately got angry and told me how he wasted 2 hours on trying to find a character for my kids party.  I told him I appreciate his effort but if he would've told me that it couldn't be done when I originally spoke with him then I wouldn't have given him my credit card information. 

The call was disconnected, I called back and asked the young lady that answered the phone for the managers name. She said what seems to be the problem as if she was in fact the manager. I explained the situation and she told me that what he says goes and that there was nothing they could do for me. She then proceeded to tell me that Matt is the manager therefore there is no one else I could speak to. She cut me off in the middle of my sentence and Matt picked up the line and began to yell "I'm glad we're not doing your kids party, FU#K YOU!" 

I have never in my life received such horrible customer service! I am disgusted that they even have the nerve to call themselves a family friendly business when they have potty mouth employees cursing at their customers. Please don't waste your time with these lying crooks. I don't want anyone else's baby party ruined.

We attempted to help Mary Fuller, of (((REDATED))) Washington DC 20019, book a character for her childs party.  She called on Feb 17th at 230pm.  After trying to cover her last minute booking, we called her back, 2 hrs later, to let her know that we did not have the time she requested available, but that we were available an hour earlier on the date of her party 2.27.  And that her debit card was not charged so that if that earlier time did not work, her card would not be charged and that we could not help with her last minute booking.  She said that she would call back.  She called back 4 hrs later complaining that we lied to her and that even though we did not charge her card that we were stealing from her.  We explained that we tried to cover her party but we could do it an hour earlier and that we have an A+ rating with the BBB and that we do not steal.  She called the manager vulgar and racist names and then hung up.  We used no foul language with Mary. Mary Fuller of (((REDACTED))) Washington DC 20019 is guilty of slander, liable and defamation of chararcter.  This will be proven in a court of law.  Unfortunately, we have no choice but file a lawsuit against her.  

  People do not have the right to post lies about businesses online.
