i ordered 50 charity candy boxes from wayne berian at charity vending about 4 or 5 months ago with the promise that these would be located with in 7 to 10 days after receiving them.

at first he was eager to help and sent 30 some locations which had never been called and the owners rejected them after calling him he blamed it on a new girl he was training and guaranteed us he would have them located by the next week.
then said we was in the wrong location with what he called old money so we spoke to him about moving to missouri from colorado he was in agreement and promised to locate them here. we have been here over 30 days now and still no locations and the company wont even answer our phone calls so im thinking this was just a rip off scam.

This was reported over 5 years ago so why keep it going? i moved on with my life and built a new buisness so you need to move on to. fact remains we was riped off. i still have my boxes but get them from sheridan systems for half the price and my buisness is doing good. no thanks to charity vending. the locations we received from charity vending all said they was never even called and knew nothing about the boxes.

We went above and beyond. Locations were given. They were all solid locations over the phone. Occasionally a few locations don't work out, in which we offered to replace them. Rather than put in the work reqired, you would rather blame everybody else.

There is work involved, team effort. We always do our very best, but it needs team effort to get these installed successfully. We recommend this business only for those willing to put the time and effort in. You must actually follow instructions and do your part, we can only do so much.

i did go out and get them myself i have around 200 accounts now no thanks to charity vending. i found a place to get the boxes that is much cheaper and got my own charity. also make our own header cards and labels. for a fraction of the cost that charity vending charges. talk is cheap people will tell you anything until they get yor money then you find out the truth.  but i have heard things have changed since i first poted this report.

do it yourself

If anyone buys a vending business, don't go into it thinking that you are not going to have to walk up and shake a stranger's hands and ask them something. Unheard of. I bought 50 boxes to stay with as well and some of my locations were not good and when I told him that they have me more boxes to make up for it and tutored me on how to get my own locations. When you do get your own locations , it's more personable and has more longevity. Now I have over 200 locations making money. Get out there and do it yourself.

Customer has no reason to complain

After purchasing 50 boxes, Danny Swinney and Brenda Swinney were entitled to 50 locations. We gave them their 50 locations.  Danny and Brenda initially wanted their locations to be in Boulder Colorado. 2 months later, Danny and Brenda moved to Independence Missouri and wanted us to give him 50 more locations for free.  At first we said no because our policy is that we wont automatically give additional free locations when somebody moves. We eventually decided to go out of our way to help Danny and Brenda by giving them an additional 50 locations at no extra charge. Next thing we know, Danny and Brenda call us threatening and demanding MORE FREE LOCATIONS!

We will not give free locations if a customer decides to move from their original requested area. We will not give out an endless supply of free locations.

Over the years, we have had hundreds of extremely satisfied customers. All it takes is one dishonest person to complain. Unfortunately Danny and Brenda are using "Rip Off Report" as a way to complain about our businesses in an effort attempt to extort more free locations from us. They have abused a normally helpful site that is designed to assist consumers in order to try to get free
locations. We feel that we are the ones being scammed.

CONCLUSION: Charity Vending provides a valuable service by offering a legitimate way to make money while helping charity.
