I worked for 2 years for this guy, Charles Crawford for the company we could name WRM and current owner of CBD Business Development, LLC, but he sold the company WRM, and he told me he was interested in creating a completely new company just as WRM to to take advantage of the knowledge we had about the field and clients of his old company.
I was going to manage almost all the aspects of this new company, because Charles E. Crawford name shouldn't appear any place because of the non-compete agreement he had with the new owner of his old company.
During the first months of 2013 we started creating a new website, and we got our first client, so I got a team of experts to provide an excellent results, so this new company could grow and we could make good money from it.
Chuck Crawford transfered me the cost of the campaign so I could pay from there all the tools and employees we needed to complete the first month with success.
My first fraud alert related to Charles Crawford
Everything worked kind of good, but at the end of the first month Chuck E. Crawford told me that I should stop any contacts with the client, and he was not interested in doing business with me.
This happened arround the months of june-july, and I was worryed that Charles made any bad press or any negative stuff about me due to his psychiatric problems, but I stayed calm because I didn't got anything negative, and I respected his decision about not doing business with me any more.
The Fraud of Chuck Edmund Crawford
Now, I'm pissed about the actions of Edmund Crawford because he decided to withdraw the money he transferred me to pay for the tools and employees, because I no longer have that money, because it was spent in the campaign, so I have negative numbers in my account due to his action.
I never affected his reputation, name or companies, and I always acted responsible and mature, and respected his decision although I didn't agreed them, but he has decided to act as a coward and childish guy, so I will pay him as he is paying me now.

Charles Edmund Crawford continues with his scams.
In fou are interested in doing business with CBD Business Development LLC you should do some research about the company or his owner, so you know about why they have such a bad reputation.
Beware if you are currently working for CBDBD because they are scaming several employees as well.
If you are working for CBDBD or DLHW make sure that you are working under a contract that ensures that he will not be able to charge back your payments.

Charles Crawford or Chuck Crawford as some might know him from Tracy, California but living in Texas is offering services as an Internet expert, or SEO Consultant, but if you hire him he might charge you and never offer you real services.
Beware of Charles Crawford as he might not have the magic answers for your business, as he is an scam artist.

If you are doing business with Charles Edmund Crawford you shouldn't trust him, as he could defraud you as he did to me.
