AKA "Tito" "Bait" "Charlie" - Charles Francis Gonzalez has Stolen checks,Titles,Personal and Company Assets from the Disabled owner of Captured Sea, while the owner was in ICU for 6 weeks from 1/23/12 to 2/26/12 and the amount is over $400,000.00 to date, his partners in crime ar AKA "Bill" William Tyree IV from Culver City, CA. and Iveta Vicere from Huntington Beach, CA. they have stolen and forged the titles to company vehicles and persoanl motorcycles that belong to the company and owner incloding his childrens Three 2004 Hondas XR 50 and one XR 75 and sold them in one week while the owner had know idea that this was happening while he was in a coma in ICU.
Mr Gonzalez has bragged about his new found wealth and pasted it on his facebook travels of over 15 to Moraco, Madrid Spain, London England for the 2012 olympics, Las Vegas, New Oreleans, Maui, New York, Dallas TX. on and on ? not bad for a man who never had any money in his life and now hes 54 born 6/10/1958 and grew up on Myra Ave. and Virgil Cir. in Cypress, CA. he has screwed over the home owner at 13391 Weymouth Street. Westminster, CA. 92683 by not Paying Mr. Hancock for over four years = $36,000.00 a year in rental income loss for the 80 year old couple thats $150,000.00 total loss in their golden years, Tito has screwed over his Friends, Family, Children, Disabled People and Elders for that he has been turned in to over 10 departments from the State of California Elder Abuse, To the IC-3 Internet Crime - 3 Departments, FBI Hot Tips, Wellfare fraud, IRS, SS, State of CA. 6 Local police Departments, Swift Task Force of Orange County, OC D.A. DMV Forgery and Title Fraud Department.
