CHARLES WAGNER #1 DEAD-BEAT DAD IN ALABAMA
CHARLES WAGNER HAS NOT PROVIDED FINANCIAL OR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT FOR HIS DAUGHTER SINCE SHE HAS BEEN BORN. His child support has even been lowered to the minimum amount allowed and he continues to not pay the support. He does not see his daughter (7years), and continues to spend whatever money he may get on Drugs and alcohol. He is lazy and will not get a job and keep it.
