Charlotte Flooring and Design performed shoddy and incomplete work when they installed my bamboo floors. They were unprofessional and not responsive to my needs. I paid them for the work and they promised to comeback and finsih th Charlotte, North Carolina
Charlotte Flooring and Design performed shoddy and incomplete work when they installed my bamboo floors. They were very unprofessional and not responsive to my needs as a client.
They made promises of what they could deliver and did not execute on what stated in their contract. I ordered and paid for them to install about 1100 sq feet of bamboo floors. They arrived late and unprepared to complete the work. They laid the floors but did not complete the shoe molding or transitions. They also wasted a lot of bamboo and had to be forced to remove the trash they created from my home.
I spoke with Carlos and Monica and they promised to comeback and complete the work on the next Saturday. When Saturday came they did not show. I did not recieve a phone call or any message. When I tried to contact them they did not answer or return my calls.
Now I must contract with another installer to complete thier work.
I repeat DO NOT use this company to do any work for you.
