I am sorry to see so many people in the same boat with almost no way of letting out so much frustration. I to was suckered into the loans in '05 and told I could refinance in about 6 months. I tried refinancing only to be told stories. I was told to call back in 6 months, which I did. Then I was told to call back in another 6 months, which I did. At that time I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Keep in mind, my credit was good, I was in the home over 2 years. Now my rates go up and this home is not worth this money.

I am going through a Loan Remodification, which I really thought would be different. Basically I was given their terms and was given 2 days to comply. I have been trying to reach the person at Chase, his message states to leave one message per day and no more since he has a high volume of cases. I have been calling and calling and not just me, my agent has also been calling and faxing to please call back so we can discuss further the terms.

So far no call backs. I tried another person only to be told that the Goeff buy that is worthless is the only one that can help me. Now I am faced with foreclosure eventhough I could probably meet their terms with a little bit of wiggle room but since I don't get any call backs then there goes that!

I really hope CHASE has some karma coming back to them. To much frustration has been handed out by them, it's time they get some in return.

You didn't say, what kind of mortgage do you have and how many payments have you missed? Many is my guess if you are in foreclosure. That isn't the banks fault, no matter which bank, you would be in the same place. Your choice is either find the money to catch up on the mortgage, or get your stuff out while you can before the repo man comes.
