Amazingly JP MORGAN CHASE was noted as one of the companies who is supposed to assist with many of us who are in jeopardy of losing our homes.

This is an absolute blatant lie and I believe it was written for us to believe that they were going to HONESTLY assist.

My business had been slow at the end of 2007 and our finances were very tight as most AMERICANS in this country today. Multiple times I had asked

CHASE HOME FINANCE to assist us with bringing our home current and multiple times they refused when asked if we could make a payment arrangement.

In January 2008 I contacted JP MORGAN CHASE HOME FINANCE again and stated that we needed an arrangment to bring our home current as we did not want to face foreclosure and additional charges, they stated that our home had gone into LOSS MITIGATION as the COLLECTION department sent us to them for foreclosure proceedings. I immediately contacted them trying to stop the FORECLOSURE process and was told that we could not make any payments until our home was processed through the COURTS, and so they asked that I contact them the following friday.

I contacted the LOSS MITIGATION department the following Friday and of course my representaive was not available nor had she ordered the paperwork to resolve the issue.

Several days later I contacted them again and they would not make an arrangement stating that since my business had slowed down that the amount of money that we made versus our payment that they could not make any arrangements. The sent a letter out to us on FEB 4,2008 showing the entire amount that we have to pay by the end of the month and noted on the bottom states "SALE DATE NONE" after a mass amount of mail from others begging to buy our house they clearly stated that our home goes to AUCTION in MAY 2008.

I have yet to recieve a letter from the TITLE COMPANY stating that we are going to AUCTION and since I work from home I have noted at least 5-6 cars per day driving through our street and stopping in front of my house. This entire situation has become a nightmare and has caused such undue stress, I don't have any idea if someone is casing the house or getting ready to break in, these are total strangers!!!

To top it off onthe balance statement sent by JP MORGAN CHASE HOME FINANCE they have charged for a property inspection and appraiser I would like to know when they have came out to do this, since I can see everything from my office.

I called again tonight seeing if we could pull our home out of foredosure and the only thing they did offer was a loan modification without any guarantees

as there is a catch again it is based on your income and if you don't fit the critera you don't keep your house. We have had our home for almost 4 years

of course we don't want to lose our home , who does? But these BANKS are not helping and I don't know wo to contact as I have been trying to find an attorney who will listen and they all seem to be for the BANKS.

There is much more to this then I can put on a BLOG but I certainly hope that someone can help !!! Is there anybody else who is suing CHASE for poor documentation and paperwork handling? How many out there are VICTIMS of foreclosure or soon to be FORECLOSED on ? Is there any good ATTORNEYS out there who is willing to at least look at my situation? I am speaking for other victims as well who ended up with SUBPRIME LOANS etc and to thnk our credit was GOOD how did we all get ourselves into this MESS? Now the BANKS will not HELP at all so the MEDIA is only playing it up for propoganda purposes to make the BANKS look good so half the COUNTRY doesn't pull there money out of them.

If someone is suing CHASE or is starting a lawsuit please let me know as it appears since they are not working with us we have 10 weeks to move another VICTIM in the MEDIA world stating that BANKS are helping people save there homes that is a FARCE. We can afford our home and the bottom line is our LOAN is resetting and we will be in TROUBLE as the BANK sees it if they can auction it then they will get paid next to nothing and again we will be in the situation of explaining to the IRS why we can not pay the TAXES on what we will be 1099 for, with the way the economy is do we honestly believe that they are going to write off MILLIONS of DOLLARS? The answer is NO they are not going to pardon may and again they will be in a very bad situation as my friend explained who is a realtor ,the MEDIA and the BANKS are telling us what we want to hear and honestly they are really not helping us AT ALL.

Again I ask if there any ATTORNEYS out there or anyone going through this please contact me.

CYBERSTALKING REPORTED AGAINST CYBERSTALKER KEVIN VANDOREK

#2Consumer Comment

Thu, July 23, 2009

With regards to the last entered comment by a Kevin Vandorek who refuses to provide his actual name who resides in BiglersVille, Pa a Cyberstalking report was filed on 02/02/09 against him for Cyberstalking, harassment. Report # 09020381 my local Police Department has all e-mails, all reports and all credible information toward him including docket SCCV121266 which him and I went to court, he was allowed to keep his earnest money of $1200.00 and all checks that were given to him were covered by my Aunt. As stated by my local police department there are not felony warrants for my arrest, nor am I a felon. It was also clearly noted by Biglersville Pa, and Sioux City Ia. with respect they all have copies of the Police report filed against him, there are no felony warrants nor am I a felon. I informed him not to harass or make any contact as cyberstalking is punishable up to 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. I have never owned a website called ritastreasurechest.com and he also destroying someone else's credibilty. My local police department asked that I make it clear publicly that he is not to stalk, harass or make any derogatory comments. He has been reported to the FBI cyberstalking unit, and all Cyberstalking services including his own ISP. Did I try to save my home? Absolutely however this enraged him more, we did not leave Sioux City with any ill- remorse or any hard feelings. Any checks that he had been given when Washington Mutual was seized last year had been covered by my Aunt.

Hey Guys, I help people to work out Loan Mods, repayment plans, short refinances etc; Everytime that a file is misshandled or you are being misstreated you should try to contact the Executive Departments, "EXECUTIVES DO NOT WANT MORE SHORT SALES OR FORECLOSURES IN THEIR BOOKS" the real problem sometimes is the lack of ethics or experience from the individuals working in these departments. Contact some of the people below and you will see they actually care and try to help you: Executive Committee James Dimon* Chairman and Chief Executive Officer 212-270-0121 I have experienced every time that I called the executive offices issues get resolved. IF ANY BODY HAS INFORMATION OF OTHER COMPANIES SHARE IT WITH US. Good luck!!

Loss Mitigation helps bring you current, but you have to be able to afford the payments...

#7UPDATE EX-employee responds

Wed, July 02, 2008

Chase can only assist people who are in default through Loss Mitigation if they can afford their home. Loss Mit is NOT a way to assist people w/ lowering their payment or their interest rate. Most people don't understand this. They would say "but if I could afford my payment I wouldn't need help". Well, if you cannot afford your payment, which you agreed to make when you signed your loan docs, then you need to be calling the REFINANCE department. And if they cannot assist you, you need to be calling a realtor because you need to sell your house before the date of your foreclosure auction. Bottom line. Calling the Chase call centers and whining and crying isn't going to change the investor guidelines. Read your loan docs people.

We recieved a letter from a realtor who explained we had options , amazingthe BANK does not provide options however a letter in the mail does. We also recieved a letter from our TITLE Company yesterday. Another error the payoff amount is opoosite of what is on our balance statement and the TITLE COMPANY appears to also be incorrect. Will we call them out absolutely not, and how can the company on the information provided be the TRUSTEE when our Loan was bought out by "NEW CENTURY" of course we all know they were THIEVES and now we have CHASE I need someone in the meantime who can assist and HONESTLY we need an attorney to hear all of the circumstances. However if anyone wants a little hope on saving there homes my recommendation is to contact 1-800-995-HOPE or 1-866-472-4557 I have learned by contacting them that the BANKS especially CHASE does not like to hear from them as we are now after all of this trying to work on a payment arrangement to take our HOME out of FORECLOSURE after the incompetency of CHASE. I will update all as it progresses.

The help you are talking about....

#12Consumer Suggestion

Wed, February 20, 2008

The help you are talking about was an additional 30 day reprieve from further actions by the lender. If you are 4 months behind and they haven't foreclosed, you have been granted that reprieve. Additionally, most of this "help" you think is happening was geared toward the sub prime mortgage companies, and JP Chase is not a sub prime lender. The way loss mitigation works is that you apply for loss mitigation through the mortgage company. Loss mitigation is generally only available after you are behind on the mortgage, which you are. You admit that you have not made your payments due to financial difficulties. You do not get to pick the plan you get with loss mitigation. They determine based on your income, how many payments behind, etc. which plan you get. You have to be able to show some ability to pay your regular mortgage payment and some ability to pay on the arrearage, fees, costs that has built up due to your non payment. Say your princ balance is 100K right now. If you do a loan mod, they will add the arrearage, atty fees, other fees and costs to your mortgage balance so you will have a new loan of 110K. Of course your payments will increase. Loss mitigation will not lower your payments. If you want lower payments, you need to buy less house. As for the appraisers and inspections, they don't have to leave their cars to do those. They are checking for occupancy and disrepair and reporting the same to the mortgage company. Read your mortgage, the fact that these inspections occur AND that YOU are hit for the payment of the same is in your mortgage.
