With regards to the last entered comment by a Kevin Vandorek who refuses to provide his actual name who resides in BiglersVille, Pa a Cyberstalking report was filed on 02/02/09 against him for Cyberstalking, harassment. Report # 09020381 my local Police Department has all e-mails, all reports and all credible information toward him including docket SCCV121266 which him and I went to court, he was allowed to keep his earnest money of $1200.00 and all checks that were given to him were covered by my Aunt. As stated by my local police department there are not felony warrants for my arrest, nor am I a felon. It was also clearly noted by Biglersville Pa, and Sioux City Ia. with respect they all have copies of the Police report filed against him, there are no felony warrants nor am I a felon. I informed him not to harass or make any contact as cyberstalking is punishable up to 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. I have never owned a website called ritastreasurechest.com and he also destroying someone else's credibilty. My local police department asked that I make it clear publicly that he is not to stalk, harass or make any derogatory comments. He has been reported to the FBI cyberstalking unit, and all Cyberstalking services including his own ISP. Did I try to save my home? Absolutely however this enraged him more, we did not leave Sioux City with any ill- remorse or any hard feelings. Any checks that he had been given when Washington Mutual was seized last year had been covered by my Aunt.

Annette Evans, who runs the site http://ritastreasurechest.com/, posted a note on this complaint. I just want to let you know that she is a known rip-off artist and has an outstanding felony warrant on her head.

Annette i find it very amusing that your complaining about getting ripped off by a mortgage company when you yourself have stolen so many dollars from consumers whom thought they were buying tvs from you on ebay... Tell everyone what happened there and why you lie about it and wont return our money.....!!!!!!

Hey Guys, I help people to work out Loan Mods, repayment plans, short refinances etc; Everytime that a file is misshandled or you are being misstreated you should try to contact the Executive Departments, "EXECUTIVES DO NOT WANT MORE SHORT SALES OR FORECLOSURES IN THEIR BOOKS" the real problem sometimes is the lack of ethics or experience from the individuals working in these departments. Contact some of the people below and you will see they actually care and try to help you: Executive Committee James Dimon* Chairman and Chief Executive Officer 212-270-0121 I have experienced every time that I called the executive offices issues get resolved. IF ANY BODY HAS INFORMATION OF OTHER COMPANIES SHARE IT WITH US. Good luck!!

Chase can only assist people who are in default through Loss Mitigation if they can afford their home. Loss Mit is NOT a way to assist people w/ lowering their payment or their interest rate. Most people don't understand this. They would say "but if I could afford my payment I wouldn't need help". Well, if you cannot afford your payment, which you agreed to make when you signed your loan docs, then you need to be calling the REFINANCE department. And if they cannot assist you, you need to be calling a realtor because you need to sell your house before the date of your foreclosure auction. Bottom line. Calling the Chase call centers and whining and crying isn't going to change the investor guidelines. Read your loan docs people.

We recieved a letter from a realtor who explained we had options , amazingthe BANK does not provide options however a letter in the mail does. We also recieved a letter from our TITLE Company yesterday. Another error the payoff amount is opoosite of what is on our balance statement and the TITLE COMPANY appears to also be incorrect. Will we call them out absolutely not, and how can the company on the information provided be the TRUSTEE when our Loan was bought out by "NEW CENTURY" of course we all know they were THIEVES and now we have CHASE I need someone in the meantime who can assist and HONESTLY we need an attorney to hear all of the circumstances. However if anyone wants a little hope on saving there homes my recommendation is to contact 1-800-995-HOPE or 1-866-472-4557 I have learned by contacting them that the BANKS especially CHASE does not like to hear from them as we are now after all of this trying to work on a payment arrangement to take our HOME out of FORECLOSURE after the incompetency of CHASE. I will update all as it progresses.

The help you are talking about was an additional 30 day reprieve from further actions by the lender. If you are 4 months behind and they haven't foreclosed, you have been granted that reprieve. Additionally, most of this "help" you think is happening was geared toward the sub prime mortgage companies, and JP Chase is not a sub prime lender. The way loss mitigation works is that you apply for loss mitigation through the mortgage company. Loss mitigation is generally only available after you are behind on the mortgage, which you are. You admit that you have not made your payments due to financial difficulties. You do not get to pick the plan you get with loss mitigation. They determine based on your income, how many payments behind, etc. which plan you get. You have to be able to show some ability to pay your regular mortgage payment and some ability to pay on the arrearage, fees, costs that has built up due to your non payment. Say your princ balance is 100K right now. If you do a loan mod, they will add the arrearage, atty fees, other fees and costs to your mortgage balance so you will have a new loan of 110K. Of course your payments will increase. Loss mitigation will not lower your payments. If you want lower payments, you need to buy less house. As for the appraisers and inspections, they don't have to leave their cars to do those. They are checking for occupancy and disrepair and reporting the same to the mortgage company. Read your mortgage, the fact that these inspections occur AND that YOU are hit for the payment of the same is in your mortgage.
