Chase - JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. 14 months of putting me through hoops to get loan modification, meeting all requirements every time new demands were changed. They still won't do mod. 65% of my gross goes to interest and principle. N New York City, New York

In September 2008 I lost the majority of my small business clients, and contacted JPM / Chase to proactively seek help before I was in financial trouble.
The story over the last 14 months is documented, long, and I have set up as a timeline. It is too much to describe here. My confidential paperwork was lost twice, my case was closed twice without informing me or resolution, I was passed around without being told to different reps and departments, and then only when I left voicemails on every extension I could get through to because months would go by with no response. I was yelled at, told it was my problem, that I would do exactly what they said or else, and I was refused access to talk to anyone's supervisor.
I also damaged my nearly perfect credit because I was told in no way would anyone talk to me until I missed 3 consecutive house payments. In the 4th month I got fully caught up with penalties, was angry but in the system.
I was ignored again. I gave power of attorney to a colleague, who met the same frustration so bought 1 share of JPM stock. Within 1 hour we had a person working with us. Sadly, though, that's when the abuse and run around really started.
I've now appealed cajoled begged and screamed ..... to no avail.
Their public image and good talk and marketing campaigns are a sham. I tried for 7 months to sell my home and had 4 lookers and 0 offers. My medical bills have piled up. My income is 1/3 or less what I'm used to. I'm giving up on fairness, justice, or any belief that JPM / Chase is anything but a robber baron.

MAINSTREAM MEDIA, WARNING THEM ABOUT THE 'POTENTIAL' COLLAPSE OF THE U.S. ECONOMY AND THE 'POTENTIAL' STOCK MARKET CRASH, AND THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING TO ALERT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ABOUT IT.
The only thing we can do, as Americans, is to speak-out and never give-up. Sometimes we must go to extremes in order to get our message heard. You can 'Google' this- PEACE PRIZE POEM RIP OFF, and that should take you to where some other poems are posted, as well as one of the MANY letters I wrote and mailed to the MAINSTREAM MEDIA in the United States of America prior to the 'financial meltdown'.
That particular letter, which appears as the first comment to that Ripoff Report, was written and mailed on 9-12-2007 before to the 'economic meltdown' in the USA and around the world. I believe that the majority of our 'system' in the USA is CORRUPT. You can always go to BING, and simply type this in, exactly as it appears here- BROCK O'BOMB-A POEM, and that should take you to where several other poems are posted.
Keep speaking-out on the worldwide web, and don't stop. That's the key! Continue spreading the word every day.
