Chase Home Finance - JPMorgan wrongfully foreclosed after failed refinance, proof of other wrong doing and no where to turn. Columbus Ohio
Chase wrongfully foreclosed on our mortgage after a failed refinance after repeated attempts to correct this situation I filed bankruptcy to save my home. During this process chase agreed with their sister company on illegal financial decisions without our signature of any type . We the owners have tried to seek help but in the end the lawyer mistakingly gave us a e-mail he had sent to their lawyer saying they would convince us there was no case. If there is anyone out there who can help please contact us.
