ChatandVision No delivery but credit card charged immedialty Hong Kong, Internet
On the 3rd of November I placed an order with ChatandVision for a phone after seeing that they are a Skype Global Merchant Partner. On the 5th my card was charged. After a few days I noticed that the order was still processing. After sending several enquirers I was told that the standard dispatch time is 3 to 10 working days. At the beginning of last week (14th) I was told that there was a delay and that the phone would be dispatched within the week. On Monday (21st) I was told that the phone would be dispatched within the next few days. I contacted them today and they still cannot tell me when the phone will be dispatched. By the way at the time of order their web site showed that the phone was in stock (and still does). Today I asked for refund. They told me it would take between 3 to 10 days!! I hope I will indeed get my money back....
